30-day money-back guarantee

Begin Solids comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use the app, follow the plan, and see if it makes starting solids easier for your family. If you're not happy with it within 30 days of your purchase, email us and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

The guarantee covers the Begin Solids app, bought once for lifetime access. It's one refund per family and per purchase.

Other times we'll refund you

At any time, we'll refund a payment in full if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged more than once by mistake. We'll refund the extra charge.
• You were charged in error, such as a charge you didn't authorize, or a charge for a price different from the one shown at checkout.
• You can't get access because of a problem on our side that we're unable to fix within 14 days of you telling us about it.
• The law requires a refund in your situation.

What isn't refunded

• Requests made more than 30 days after your purchase, other than for the reasons listed above.
• A lower price offered at a different time or to someone else, including limited-time offers. We don't refund price differences.
• Other products, such as the First Foods Starter Kit, which are digital downloads delivered right away. Those sales are final, except for the reasons listed above.

How to ask

Email support@beginsolids.com from the address you used at checkout, or include it in your message, along with the date of your purchase. For the 30-day guarantee, that's all we need. We'll reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your account

When a payment is refunded, access to Begin Solids ends for your whole family. Your family's information stays in place, so it's there if you buy again. You can delete it at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We'll work quickly to put it right. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, access ends for your family while the dispute is open, and returns if it's resolved in our favor.
